Residents looking to start the day with exercise and relaxation can join Emma Tilley for early-morning Vinyasa Flow yoga at the Museum in the Park in Stroud.

The sessions are scheduled every Tuesday from September 8 to December 15, 2026, with each class running from 9.15am to 10.15am. They will take place in the light and airy Pavilion at Stratford Park, overlooking the Walled Garden.

What the Stroud yoga sessions include

Each 60-minute class is designed to help participants get moving, build strength, improve balance and find greater ease. The session finishes with a relaxation period, intended to leave people feeling ready for the rest of the day.

All abilities are welcome. However, the event information warns that the class is energetic and may be physically demanding, so anyone considering attending should take that into account.

What to bring and how to book

Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat and a water bottle. Anyone without a mat, or with questions about the sessions, is advised to email Emma Tilley.

Further details, including booking information and the available dates, are provided through the Museum in the Park event listing. There will be no classes during half term or school holidays.

The Museum in the Park is at Stratford Park, Stratford Road, Stroud, GL5 4AF.
