The Prime Practice is celebrating the first anniversary of its new home at Whitminster KRATE Village, following a year in which the clinic has supported the health, fitness and wellbeing of people across Whitminster, Stroud and surrounding communities.
The practice has established itself as a provider of physiotherapy and rehabilitation, while continuing to expand the treatments and exercise programmes available to people of all ages and abilities. Its current offer includes physiotherapy, sports therapy, matwork Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and strength and conditioning.
The services are intended for people with a range of needs and goals. That includes those recovering from an injury, managing ongoing pain, seeking to improve their mobility, or simply wanting to become fitter and stronger. The practice says its team aims to help each person work towards their individual goals.
Services for adults and young people
The Whitminster site includes dedicated treatment rooms, Pilates studios and rehabilitation facilities. The combination of clinical treatment, exercise programmes and specialist spaces allows the practice to provide support across injury recovery, physical conditioning and general wellbeing.
One of the clinic’s most popular programmes is its Long-Term Athlete Development, or LTAD, programme for children aged five to 16. It is designed to help young people develop fundamental movement skills, strength, coordination, confidence and athletic ability.
The programme also provides a supportive environment in which children can build a positive relationship with exercise and sport. It forms part of the practice’s wider offer for people with different ages, abilities and levels of experience.
Clinic looks ahead to its second year
James Stevenson, director of The Prime Practice, said the move to Whitminster had helped the business welcome new clients while continuing to support people who were already using its services.
“We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us over the last year. Moving to Whitminster was an exciting step for the business, and it has been fantastic to welcome so many new faces through the doors and continue supporting our existing clients.”
He said the clinic was proud of the range of support it could provide, from injury treatment and rehabilitation to Pilates, strength and conditioning, and youth athletic development.
“We are proud of what we can offer the local community, from injury treatment and rehabilitation through to Pilates, strength and conditioning, and our youth athletic development programmes. We want The Prime Practice to be a place where people of all ages and abilities feel welcome, supported and able to achieve their goals.”
As it begins its second year in Whitminster, the practice is welcoming both new and returning clients who want to find out more about its services and how they could support their health, fitness and wellbeing.
